Potato, carrot, light lentil and vegetable soybean stew

The potato stew recipe is typical of the comfort foods that I love to prepare all year round.

A very simple recipe that I’m sure will appeal to young and old alike.

Potato stew

Note:

  • Instead of the homemade vegetable broth, you can use a powdered broth but the tastes are bound to be less pronounced.
  • For the “vegetable sausages” I use smoked tofu from the taifun brand. There is also the soy brand which offers very good smoked soy soyciss.
The “seitan sausage” is not the same taste I think.
